Year 2014 is devoted to chamber and vocal music: after Phanes II (upcoming première on August 2 by Alexandre Souillart at Les Rencontres Musicales du Kreiz Breizh), Tre canzoni popolari (premiered in Trieste last May 31 by Akiko Kozato and Adele D'Aronzo at Risuonanze 2014) and Romper del día (recently premiered by Kai Wessel and Olivier Darbellay at Festival Format Raisins in La Charité-sur-Loire), three new piano pieces (Prétérit, Pressenti, Prédicatif, part of the third book of Prés), Stefano has just completed the accordion solo piece Album di figurine doppie written for Francesco Gesualdi (a version with live electronics in on the way over). On the composing desk are now a third string quartet, Clamour, for Diotima, and two new madrigals for Exaudi, to be included in the in-progress cycle for five voices Di dolci aspre catene.
